EXPERIENCE

For over 35 years I have been providing longer term insight-oriented psychotherapy for individual adults, as well as shorter term counselling and coaching sessions, helping people understand and resolve personal and relationship challenges.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

People come to see me with a wide range of issues including aging, anxiety, addictions, adult children of alcoholics (ACOA), cognitive decline and dementia in family members, critical incident debriefing, depression, family of origin issues, grief, recent trauma, past trauma, PTSD.

MBCT

I co-facilitate, with Ms. Angie Kingma, OT Reg. a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy group, (MBCT). This 8 week evidence-based program can be registered for at www.mindfulnessforhealth.ca.
